We accept only verified profiles, and will request your government ID after booking. Please let us know what is bringing you to town, how many guests will be with you, and the ages as we will be confirming the occupants during check in. By booking our property, you are accepting responsibility for all your guests, and any damages they may cause. ☆☆Guest Agreement☆☆ For any bookings of 30 days or more, the guest will be required to sign a Guest Agreement. A copy of this agreement will be provided. For stays over 30 nights, we include monthly spot cleaning and the first $200 of internet, electricity, and water utilities. Any overages will be due from Guest. More frequent cleanings, refills and full cleanings are available at an additional fee, which will be determined later, including the mode of payment.

If additional parking is needed, you can park on the street in the neighborhood (except snow days). Please don't block any neighbors driveways/curb outside their house or their entry/exit. We appreciate you being considerate of them •5 mins to Downtown Columbia, 10 mins to Old Ellicott City and Savage, 20 mins to Baltimore, 40 mins to DC and Annapolis
